Users cannot share the data received from their Dialog SIM with normal prepaid packages with their friends or relatives. Activating the ‘Shareable Data’ Feature and Transfer the Data
1. Download and Install the MyDialog App from Google Play Store and Apple Store
2. Login or create a new account (If you are a new Dialog user) If you already have this login, you can skip this step and move on.
3. After logging in, you will see the app’s main dashboard from where you can access various services. Now you go to the ‘Shareable Data’ icon in the main menu of the app. This option gives you the facility to share your data plan with other numbers.
4. Now, Select the ‘Add Member’ option which will cost Rs.100 per number each month and it will be added to your monthly bill. So, must be careful and add only important numbers.
5. Add your friend and family member number which should be the same network (Dialog) prepaid and postpaid. You can add a maximum of 15 members to your data-sharing account.
Once the number is added, tap on the Next button in the footer.
6. Set the data limit from 100MB to 8GB data by clicking on the pencil icon or moving the slide line. At the bottom, you can see the details like number, data limit, and charges. Confirm this all and tap on the Next button.
7. Congrats! we have added a new number to share the data. The family member or friend will receive a confirmation SMS for the shared data. The new number added fee of Rs.100 + Tax will be added to your next month’s bill.
Add other members: Add more members as you need by clicking on “Add Another”. As many members as you add, you will have to pay the members fee of 100 rupees every month in the bill, so try not to add unnecessary numbers.
Transfer Mobile Data to Dialog using USSD Code
If you are a Dialog postpaid user and want to transfer mobile data to friends, loved ones, or relatives, the process is easy and fast through the USSD code. Millions of users have been looking for a method of sharing data without a dialog app, and here’s how:
Step 1: Dial the USSD code
To transfer data, first, you need to dial the USSD code to open your phone’s notepad. Enter the data transfer code *141*1# for Dialog and click on the call button.
Step 2: Follow the on-screen instructions
When you dial the USSD code, various prompts will appear on your screen instructing you to select the data amount and enter the recipient’s mobile number. You have to follow these steps very carefully and add the number carefully.
